Preparation
- Shake the container of Pseudomonas Selective Agar Base well.
- Suspend 24.2 g in 500 ml of purified water.
- add 5 ml glycerol and heat to boiling until dissolved completely.
- Autoclave for 15 min. at 121°C.
- Cool the medium to 45 – 50°C and aseptically add the contents of one vial of Pseudomonas CN selective supplement or Pseudomonas CFC selective supplement.
STORAGE
The medium powder should be kept tightly closed and stored at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius, and the medium should be stored at a temperature of 2-8 degrees Celsius. The best time to use is before the expiration date printed on the product label.
