Preparation
- Shake the container of Pseudomonas Agar F well.
- Suspend 10 ml glycerol / litre together with 35 g Pseudomonas Agar F Base / litre.
- CFC selective supplement can optionally add to make the medium selective.
- Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Make slant tubes or pour plates.
STORAGE
The medium powder should be kept tightly closed and stored at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius, and the medium should be stored at a temperature of 2-8 degrees Celsius. The best time to use is before the expiration date printed on the product label.
