Application: For the enrichment of aerobic bacteria including E. coli, in cosmetic products with and without preservatives according to ISO standards.

Preparation

  • Shake the container well to homogenize the powder. Suspend 30.4g of part A in 1 L of distilled water. Mix well.
  • Add 7 g of PART B solution.
  • Heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve it completely.
  • Adjust pH to 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C.
  • Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
  • Cool as quickly as possible.

 

STORAGE:

Store dehydrated medium below 30 °C and prepared medium at 2-8 °C. The best time to use is before the expiration date printed on the product label.
