VCAT Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the VCAT selective supplement vial. Mix gently until it is completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Under sterile conditions, add the prepared selective supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Tyre-Martin culture medium (i23210) or GC culture medium (i23070).
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
