Oxford Listeria Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Selective Listeria OXFORD agar (i23275) to a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius under sterile conditions.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
