Modified Karmali Campylobacter Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the prepared supplement to 500 ml of sterile and cooled Campylobaster Karmali Agar (i23653) medium at 50 degrees Celsius.
• Mix well and pour into sterile petri dishes.

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
