Preparation
- Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
- Using a filter to sterilize it.
- In sterile conditions, add the prepared supplement to 450 milliliters of sterile and cooled (50 degrees Celsius) Agar BCYE culture medium (i23465).
- Add 50 milliliters of Legionella BCYE Growth Supplement (iS47066) as well.
- Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
STORAGE:
- Keep away from light.
- -20 degree Celsius.
