Ticarcillin Supplement

Preparation

• Add 2 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the sterilized supplement to 248 milliliters of sterile cooled (to 50 degrees Celsius) ITC broth medium (i23711).
• Add 1 vial of Potassium Chlorate Supplement (iS47090) to the medium.
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
