Potassium Chlorate Supplement (ITC)

Preparation

• Add 3 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the prepared supplement to 245 mL of sterile and cooled (to 50°C) ITC culture medium (i23711).
• Add 1 vial of Ticarcillin supplement (iS47095) to the medium.
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• 2 – 8 degree Celsius
