Helicobacter Pylori Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 2 ml of distilled water to the Helicobacter pylori selective supplement vial and mix gently until completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the supplement to 500 mL of sterile cooled (to 50 degree Celsius) Columbia blood agar (i23046) under sterile conditions.
• Add 35 milliliters of horse blood to the medium.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
