Application: A general-purpose medium for the cultivation of molds and yeasts.

Preparation

  • Shake the container well. Dissolve 24 grams of the medium powder in one liter of distilled water. Heat gently until the medium is completely dissolved.
  • Autoclave the culture medium at 121 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

STORAGE

The medium powder should be kept tightly closed and stored at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius, and the medium should be stored at a temperature of 2-8 degrees Celsius. The best time to use is before the expiration date printed on the product label.

  • In accordance with the relevant protocol, inoculate the desired sample.
  • Incubate the inoculated tubes under aerobic conditions at a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius for 48 hours.
