PALCAM Listeria Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Under sterile conditions, add the supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Agar Palcam (i23212) culture medium at 50°C.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

Note

• Acriflavine hydrochloride is activated by light and becomes a growth inhibitor for Listeria.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
