Iron II Sulfate Supplement

Preparation

• Warm the supplement vial at the room temperature.
• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Under sterile conditions, add the supplement to 495 milliliters of sterile and cooled (to 50 degrees Celsius) Sulfite Iron Agar (i23276).
• Mix well and pour into sterile petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• 2 – 8 degree Celsius
