Karmali Campylobacter Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• In sterile conditions, add the prepared supplement to 500 milliliters of sterile and cooled (50 degrees Celsius) Karmali Campylobacter Agar (i23653).
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
