Preparation
- Add the contents of the Legionella BCYE Growth Supplement vial to 50 milliliters of distilled water and mix gently until completely dissolved.
- Using a filter to sterilize it.
- In sterile conditions, add the sterile supplement to 450 milliliters of sterile cooled BCYE agar (i23465) medium at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
- Add one vial of the selected Legionella selective supplement, BMPA (iS47032) or GVPC (iS47033) or MWY (iS47034), as well.
- Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
STORAGE:
- Keep away from light.
- 2 – 8 degree Celsius
