Application: Letheen Broth is special formulations for the determination of bacterial activity of quaternary ammonium compounds.

Preparation

  • Shake the container well to homogenize the powder. Suspend 37.8 g of Part A plus 5 g of Part B in 1 L of distilled water. Mix thoroughly.
  • Mix thoroughly. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve it completely.
  • Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

 

STORAGE:

Store dehydrated medium below 30 °C and prepared medium at 2-8 °C. The best time to use is before the expiration date printed on the product label.
