Listeria Selective Enrichment Supplement

Preparation

• Add 2 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
• Under sterile conditions, add the selective Listeria enrichment supplement to 500 ml of sterile and cooled (to 50 degrees Celsius) Listeria Enrichment Broth (i23093).
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.

Note

• Acriflavine hydrochloride is activated in the presence of light, which can have inhibitory effects on the growth of Listeria.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
