Malachite Green Supplement

Preparation

• Dissolve the Malachite Green supplement in 90 milliliters water.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• 3 milliliters (for 1X concentration broth) or 9 milliliters (for 3X concentration broth ) of the supplement should be added to 500 milliliters of Malachite Green medium (i23244).
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.
