Novobiocin Supplement for MKTTn

Preparation

• Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well.
• Add the prepared supplement to 500 ml of sterile and cooled Mueller-Kauffman Tetrathionate broth culture medium containing novobiocin (i23389) at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
• Mix well and pour into sterile test tubes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
