Preparation
- Warm the vial of Pseudomonas CN Selective Supplement at room temperature.
- Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well to completely dissolved.
- Using a filter to sterilize it.
- Under sterile conditions, add the contents of the vial as well as 5 mL of glycerol to 500 mL of sterile and cooled (to 50°C) selective agar medium for Pseudomonas (i23151).
- Mix well to completely homogenized and pour into sterile petri dishes.
STORAGE:
- Keep away from light.
- -20 degree Celsius.
