S.F.P Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 5 ml sterile distilled water to the vial. Mix gently until it is completely dissolved.
• Add the supplement to 500 mL of sterile and cooled Shahidi-Ferguson Perfringens agar medium at 50 degrees Celsius.
• Add 25 ml of egg yolk emulsion (iS47020) to the medium.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
