Preparation
- Add 5 ml sterile distilled water to the supplement vial. Mix well to completely dissolved.
- Add the contents of the vial to 240 ml of sterile and cooled Thayer-Martin medium (i23210) at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
- Add the content of one vial of Thayer-Martin II supplement along with Thayer-Martin I supplement to 240 mL of sterile and cooled Thayer-Martin agar (i23210).
- Add 250 ml of sterile 2% hemoglobin solution as well.
- Mix gently and pour into sterile petri dishes.
STORAGE:
- Keep away from light.
- 2 – 8 degree Celsius
