Preparation

Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the TSYEA supplement and mix gently to completely dissolved.
Using a filter to sterilize it.
Under sterile conditions, add the TSYEA supplement to 500 mL of sterile cooled TSYE agar (i23668) at 50°C.
Mix well and pour into steril petri dishes.

STORAGE:

Keep away from light.
-20 degree Celsius.
