Preparation

  • Warm the vial at room temperature.
  • Add 5 mL of sterile distilled water to the vial and mix well.
  • Under sterile conditions, add the TTC supplement to 495 ml of sterile and cooled Lactose TTC Agar w/Tergitol 7 (i23281)
  • Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

 

STORAGE:

  • Keep away from light.
  • 2 – 8 degree Celsius
