Yersinia CIN Selective Supplement

Preparation

• Add 30% alcohol to the Yersinia CIN selective supplement vial. Mix gently until it is completely dissolved.
• Using a filter to sterilize it.
• Add the supplement to 500 mL of sterile Yersinia (CIN) agar medium under sterile conditions and cool it to a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
• Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.

STORAGE:

• Keep away from light.
• -20 degree Celsius.
